Our production team carries out quality checks at every stage of manufacturing, wallpapers do not leave our workshop without us being 100% sure of the quality.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, contact our team and we will make the necessary arrangements.
It is important to note that our wallpapers are custom-made, so they are unique for each wall, they have no resale value.
For this reason, we are unable to accept a refund due to a change of plan or after they have been installed.
For a printing defect, a defective product, we will be there to take responsibility and we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
We will ask you to send us photos in order to see the error.
If the error is justified, we will then be able to send you a replacement wallpaper within 90 days of receipt of the first order.
Please note that a complaint will only be admissible before the wallpaper is installed.
Be sure to check your panels carefully before installing them.
Every time a wallpaper is ordered from our site, we take a screenshot of it to check that once made, it is what you expected.
However, we sometimes make mistakes.
In this specific case, we will offer you an exchange once the problem has been identified.
